For the printing machine with coaxial collective transmission, the reasons for the rise and fall speed staggering are all caused by mechanical reasons, such as the guide belt is too loose, the pneumatic clutch slips, and the flower locking device is loose. However, the reasons for the rising and falling speed staggering of the circular independent drive printing machine are complex, which can be caused by both mechanical and electrical reasons. This is caused by the short speed up and down time of the whole machine, the long response time of the independent drive control system and the slow dynamic response speed of the circular drive servo motor. This is caused by the insufficient tension of the guide belt, because the tension of the guide belt varies with the speed during operation. The higher the speed, the greater the tension.
